Batch sequence processing
DNA Baser Sequence Assembler - embeded tools

This extremelly handy tool automates the sequence processing job. It can apply the following operations to the specified samples:

• trim untrusted ends
• remove vectors
• integrate metadata
• convert chromatograms (SCF/ABI) to FASTA.

The output will be saved in the 'Converted' folder, which will be created in current folder.

This tool is located in DNA Baser under the 'Tools --> Batch sequence processing' menu. This menu is inactive (disable) if no sequences have been loaded into the JOB LIST:
