GenBank to FASTA converter

Description
GenBank to FASTA converter is a a freeware molecular biology tool that can convert GenBank (gb/gbk) file format to FASTA format.

Installation
The GenBank to Fasta Converter program is delivered in a very small package together with other free molecular biology tools. Just download the package and double click it. It will automatically self-extract.
Note: this tool will be integrated in DNA Baser v2.72 (to be released at the end of November 2008). It will still be FREEWARE.

Portability
This program is very small so you can easily copy it on a USB flash stick or floppy disk and take it with you or send it to your colleagues via email.

How to use it
Start GenBank to Fasta Converter program by double-clicking it. Locate the GBK files you want to convert and press the CONVERT button. A folder called 'Converted files' will be automatically created to store the new generated FASTA files. Visit our dedicated forum if you have questions about this tool.
