DNA Ratio Counter is a freeware tool that shows the proportions between nucleotides (CG versus AT) in a DNA sequence.

Install process
DNA Ratio Counter is delivered in a very small package together with other free molecular biology tools. Just download the package and double click it. It will automatically self-extract.

Portability
DNA Ratio Counter is very small so you can easily copy it on a USB flash stick or floppy disk and take it with you or send it to your colleagues via email.

How to use it
Start the DNA Counter. Paste your DNA sequence into the program. Press the ‘Start’ button. DNA Counter will show you the proportion between AT and CG bases.
