Start ABI to FASTA Converter program by double-clicking the Abi2Fasta.exe file. Locate your ABI files and press the CONVERT button. A folder called Converted files' will be automatically created to store the new generated FASTA files.

This program is very small. You can easily copy it on a USB flash stick or floppy disk and take it with you.
