Our privacy policy is strict and clear: we will collect no personal information about you when you visit our web site, unless you choose to provide that information to us. This Privacy Policy below outlines the information we collect via the www.DnaBaser.com web site and how we use that information.

Email list:
We do not sell your email address to other product sellers. Please note that many companies sell or exchange their email addresses data base with other companies to advertise for similar products. This is NOT our case!

Spam:
We do not ask you to provide your email address or personal data when download DNA Baser software. We do not send out news letters, unless you explicitly subscribed to our (or our affiliate) 'news letter' or unless you contacted us first.

Cookies, statistics and advertising:
This site uses two Google services. Both store small files (cookies) in your browser.

Google Analytics - visitor statistics. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit our pages and which pages they read. It sets the cookie _ga, which tells one visitor from another and lasts 2 years. Each site has its own _ga cookie, so it cannot follow you to other sites. We see only totals, never who you are. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, Analytics stores its cookie only after you agree.

Google AdSense - advertising. Some pages show ads from Google AdSense, mostly the pages of our free tools. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites. Google's advertising cookies let Google and its partners show you ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Examples are __gads, __gpi and __eoi; they last up to 13 months. If you agree in the consent box, some of Google's advertising partners may also recognize your device by reading its characteristics (device fingerprinting). Without your agreement, they do not. How to say no. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. DNA Baser itself and the downloads work without any cookie.

While you download the setup files:
You do not need to supply your name, email address or other personal information in order to download DNA Baser. Our software can be downloaded anonymously by anybody. We store no personal information about the users who browse our web site.

While you install and use our product in your PC:
You do not need to supply your name or email address in order to use the trial version of DNA Baser. Your PC does not connect or exchange data with any other computer over the internet or over the network, except with one single page on our web site (download.html). This web page is a passive HTML ( it uses no active technology like JS, PHP, ASP), so it cannot receive information from the software. The software checks this page for updates. However it can be instructed not to do it any if you do not want it.

While you order our product (your credit card number):
We are not collecting your credit card number. We are selling through the online store PayPro Global, which does the credit card payment processing for us, and it does not pass the credit card number to us. The credit card payment processing uses HTTPS/SSL (secured socket layer).
Using a credit card in a secured site, over a secured connection is safer then passing the credit card through a waiter in a restaurant. In the case of an online order no human being is seeing your credit card number.

While you order our product (your name, email address and postal address):
We will get to know your email address that is used to send you the license. In few cases we may write one more email showing you additional info, like how to install etc, get the key…

Sending bug reports:
DNA Baser is able to send a bug report and all related technical data necessary for us to identify the problem. However it will ask your for permission permission first. If you don't want to send any bug reports, you can simply cancel the submission.

Sending samples to us:

In some cases you may ask you to send the samples that you used when the software crashed. If case you agree to send them to us, we promise to keep them only in computers with high security levels and to delete them as soon as we don't need them any more (usually days).
