for all material on DNABaser.com and related web sites

This license applies to all materials (programs, tools, articles...) including the forum, offered by BioSoft, except where otherwise noted.

The material is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this material. In addition, BioSoft will not be held responsible for the posts made by our visitors on our forum.

There is absolutely no warranty for non-customers (e.g. trial users). In other words is a warranty applies, then it applies only to customers.

Permission to use our material is granted only to non-profit institutions/web sites, as long as you acknowledge us in your documentation (full company name, web site address, material name and location on the web site). You can redistribute it freely our software, but you cannot alter it. For-profit organizations must contact us first.

DNA Baser may have a different license agreement. This agreement is included in the package and can be read when you install the program for the first time. Changes to the current license agreement may appear without further notification. Changes will be displayed to this web site. The new version of the license agreement will preponderate the older versions. The latest version of license agreement will always apply to the software no matter when you have purchased the software.
