How to create a new 'User account'

A new user account can be created in just 3 simple steps:

STEP 1. Open 'Control Panel' the open 'User Accounts'

STEP 2. Chouse a name. It is important not to use UNICODE characters!!

STEP 3a. If you used UNICODE characters in your
name then the account must be 'administrator'

STEP 3b. If you didn't used UNICODE characters in your name
then the account can be 'administrator' or 'limited'

DONE. You are ready to use the new account
It is recommended to re-install the program, over the previous one.
