In the event you think you have discovered a bug or have difficulties running DNA Baser on your computer, a special team will be assigned to you in order to offer you additional support.

GETTING HELP:

Embedded help system
First, try to obtain help by using the embedded help system. If you want to get help about a control (button, window, box, list box, scrollbar, track bar), keep the mouse above that control. After a second a hint will pop-up. This is the best and fastest way of getting help.

Manual
If the Embedded help system is not enough, then read the manual. In most cases, the answer will be there.

Forum
Post a question on our dedicated forum and wait for the answer. This is the quickest way to get an answer. It may take 1-12 hours to get an answer no matter if it is weekend or middle of the week. The forum is open even in the weekends. If you never used a forum until now, here you have some video-tutorials about how to use a forum.

Email
Before sending an email, please look first in the manual and post the question on the Forum. If your question may be of general interest, we will create a new forum account in your name and we will post your question there. The administrators of moderators of the forum will answer it. Making a question/answer public will help other peoples also and will liberate our support stuff of redundant work. Email support may not be available in weekends.
