The 'tradition' with other companies is to mail the key to the customer only after the transaction was completed (this may take sometimes several weeks). This is not the case with our software. Within minutes after you have placed your order, we will send you a temporary key that will fully unlock the software. The final key will be delivered after the FULL amount was transferred into our account.

Depending on several factors some transactions may take longer than others. For example the transaction will be completed in minutes if you purchase via Credit Card. However if you purchase via Wire Transfer it may take hours, or days if you purchase via PO (because manual processing is involved).

• the method of payment
• speed of your bank
• speed of the email servers involved (we send the key over email)
