Order processing speed

A temporary unlock key will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is processed. The key is sent even if your payment was not yet submitted.

How long does it take to process your order?

The general rule is that except PO, all orders are processed within minutes by an automated system.

For customers that purchase with:

• Credit Card, PayPal - The order is automatically processed, usually within seconds. It may take another few seconds to validate and charge your credit card.
• WireTransfer - The order is automatically processed, usually within seconds. Your bank account will be charge immediately if your bank is online (some banks are not accepting transactions during night or weekends, please be patient until next business day or phone them and ask for a priority wire transfer).
• PO - The order is processed manually, usually within three working days.

If you are in a hurry and you need to use the software right away, place your order using a fast method of payment (such as credit card). If you have a personal credit card you can use it to purchase the software than present the receipt to your company to get reimbursed.

Please note that:

• Some banks may accept the transaction automatically; others may require a person to review the transaction before approval.
• Usually the email we send to you should reach you within seconds. However, sometimes our/your email server may be pretty busy and it may take few minutes, even hours to send/receive the email.
• If you cannot find the email we sent you, please check your 'Junk/Spam' folder.
