Click the 'Continue placing order' button to advance to the next page where you can choose:
additional products you may want to purchase
Advance to the next page where you will enter:
your name and address
a coupon code (only if you have one)
In the last box, at the bottom of the screen, in the 'Method of Payment' field enter your preferred method of payment (credit card, PayPal, WireTransfer, etc).
How to place your order via PO
Follow the steps 1-4 above, then continue with this:
5. Choose Purchase order as Method of Payment
6. Press the 'Next' button to generate your Quote. It should look like this.
7. At the top/bottom of the Quote, you will have all the information necessary to complete the order, including the fax number.
8. Send both documents to the specified fax number.
At the bottom of web page (see step 7) are several links that will offer you additional payment options. Choose the one that is appropriate for you.
Please read the on screen instructions carefully if your currency is not US dollar or if you want to submit the payment via WireTransfer! The intermediary banks may charge a small 'international wire transfer' fee.
If you don't have a fax machine you can scan the documents and send them via email to Plimus. Clearly explain in the email its purpose.

What is a Purchase Order (PO)?
Purchase Orders are a means of paying for products on credit (i.e. first receiving the goods and paying later). Larger corporations usually use this method.
Obtain the Purchase Order from your Accounting/Purchases Department and fill it in
Fax your PO to Plimus (our reseller) together with the quote (note: the order will not be processed if
you don't submit both documents together!)
Plimus processes and enters your order into the system where it awaits approval (this can take up to three days)
Once the order is approved an email containing details about how to unlock the program will be sent to you automatically
You will receive an invoice with instructions on how to send payment
The purchase process is fully automated (no human work involved) and it usually takes minutes to receive the product after you have placed your order via credit card, wire transfer, PayPal, etc. However, if you place your order via PO things are moving a little bit slower because the PO must be processed manually. This may take up to three working days.
If you want the product up and running today, you can apply for a 'speedy purchase' (place the order and receive the product in the same hour): purchase the product with your personal credit card, then you can take the receipt to your company to get reimbursed.
