This license applies to all materials (programs, tool and articles) including the forum, offered by HeracleSoftware, except where otherwise noted.

The material is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty.
In no event will the authors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this material.
In addition, HeracleSoftware will not be held responsible for the posts made by our visitors on our forum.

Permission is granted to anyone to use our material for any purpose, including commercial applications, as long as you acknowledge us in your documentation (full company name, web site address, material name and location on the web site).

You can redistribute it freely, but you cannot alter it.

Redistribution is subject to the following restrictions:

1. The origin of the material must not be misrepresented; you must not claim that you wrote the original software. If you use the material in a product, an acknowledgment in the product documentation/papers is required.
2. Altered versions can be distributed only with our permission and must be plainly marked as such, and must not be misrepresented as being the original.

DNA Baser has a different license agreement. This agreement is included in the software's package and can be read when you install the program for the first time.
