DNA Baser Help

Problem:

DNA Baser does not show any files! The interface is looking like the screen shot in the Fig 2.

Solution:

Probably you have accidentally hid the File List panel. The interface should look like in the Fig 1. Try to move the mouse around the right edge of the folder tree and see if you can find the "File List" panel and drag it back. If is not working please follow the procedure below:

• shut down DNA Baser
• delete the "DnaBaser.ini" file
  
• start DNA Baser again - it will recreate the INI file using "factory settings"

Note: Make sure DNA Baser is not running while you perform these operations!
