Position Title: Scientist

Job Type: Contract/ Temporary

Duration: 10 Months

Hours per week: 40 Hrs/ Week

Location: Chesterfield, MO.

Description:
Detail-oriented, organized, efficient scientist. Must be highly productive with minimal supervision.

Wet chemistry/solution preparation experience necessary. Must be familiar with standard laboratory equipment (balance, pH meter, UV-Vis spectrophotometer).

• HPLC experience necessary. Familiarity with Agilent instrumentation and Empower data acquisition software desired.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines desired.
• Meticulous note-taking skills desired.
• Familiarity with MS Office software desired.

The perfect candidate will also have experience in some of the following areas:
--large molecule analytics
--HPLC method development
--proteolytic mapping
--protein purification
--protein characterization
