Multi-FASTA
to FASTA converter
Description:
This freeware program will split a multi-FASTA file in multiple standard FASTA files.
Install process:
You do not need to install it or unpack it. Just download the program and double click to run it. It does not need additional software, updates, DLLs or Java to run. To uninstall it just delete the program.
How to use it:
Start the program, and locate the folder that contains your multi-FASTA files. Choose how you want to name the resulted files. Press the 'Start' button. The resulted FASTA file will be automatically saved in the same folder where the input files are located OR if you checked the 'Create sub-folder' checkbox, a new sub-folder will be created in the current folder and the resulted FASTA files will be saved in this folder.
