Plimus also offer several possibilities of transferring the money from your Plimus account into your real bank account. These possibilities are: Payoneer card (similar to Master/Visa Card), PayPal, check, wire transfer, ACH.

Note: Please note that your bank MAY apply a fee every time you transfer money (via wire transfer) into your bank account. However, in most EU countries there is no fee.

Recommendations: We strongly recommend extracting money through WireTransfer or PayPal. The check option may be expensive if you extract low amounts and may be slow. The best way is to extract money not every week or so but ever two-three months.

There is no monthly maintenance fee. Plimus charges you a small percent. Plimus will charge a percent of your revenue every time you sell our product, but this percent is small. Basically, if during a month you don't make any revenue, you don't have to pay any fees.

 

 

Who will create my Plimus affiliate account?

 

You - and you can start right now. Please feel free to create your account and play a bit around to get used with it. If you have additional questions, you can ask Plimus or you can ask us.

You are an affiliate. You are not working inside our company. Therefore, none of your personnel is your boss. You are your own boss.

 

 

Do I need to send daily reports?

 

There one single document to send, but you don't have to send it daily. This document is the log showing the communication between you and you clients. This is an easy to do task and you don't have to work for it to prepare it. Just keep a TXT file in which you copy/paste all communication.
For example if you send today 100 emails, put all these email addresses the TXT file and send it to us. If 10 customers are responding (out of 100 emails sent) and ask you details, put also this communication also in the TXT file.

 

This log is necessary for few reasons:

 

1. To make sure that you treat your customers with the same care and attention as we do here inside the company.

2. To make sure you don't send (by intention or by mistake) wrong information to the customers (like software description or price details).

2. To help you in the first months of your new job.

 

There is no strict timeframe in which you have to submit this log. However, it should be done BEFORE the customer to respond with any action (like purchasing the product or placing a complaint against you) to your marketing campaign.  

 

In time, as out relation grows, you won't have to submit this report.

 

 

Can I continue to call a customer after it indicated not to be called again?

 

No. We have zero tolerance to bad attitude. If a customer complains about your attitude we will instantly drop you from our reseller list and will freeze any current payment to you. If any damage is made to our reputation will may require compensation and may pursue you through law until we obtain it. Therefore, remember to be very polite with your customers.
